Урок в 6 классе «В мире животных»
Цели:
Познавательный аспект.
- Расширить лингвострановедческий кругозор учащихся в рамках темы
«Животные»
Развивающий аспект.
- Развивать творческий потенциал учащихся в процессе работы ;
- Развивать речемыслительную активность, коммуникативную деятельность;
- Развивать учебно-организационные умения и навыки(навыки взаимоконтроля и навыки самостоятельной и творческой работы)
Воспитательный аспект.
-Поддерживать интерес учащихся к английскому языку посредством творческих уроков;
-Формировать потребность и способность к сотрудничеству и взаимопомощи в группе;
-Воспитывать уважительное отношение к мнению других людей;
Учебный аспект
-Контроль уровня сформированности навыков монологической речи и составления связанных высказываний: активизация лексических навыков;
РЕЧЕВОЙ МАТЕРИАЛ: материал цикла по теме «Животные»
СРЕДСТВА: демонстрационный материал по теме «Животные»; раздаточный материал.
ФОРМЫ: групповая, коллективная,индивидуальная.
МЕТОДЫ: Устный, письменный самоконтроль; взаимоконтроль; сравнительный, творческий.

Речевые клише, учебник, раздаточный материал с текстами, карточки с изображением животных, аудиозапись со звуками животных, мультимедийный проектор и компьютер.
Ход урока.
I.Организационный момент.
-Good morning, boys and girls. I’m glad to meet you. How are you? I hope you are well. I see your shining eyes and smile on your face. Are you ready to start our lesson? Good! Look at the blackboard! What is the theme of our lesson? What do you think?
P1:Animals.
P2:My favorite animal.
P3:My pet.
II.Фонетическая зарядка.
T: You can see animals` pictures and names of some animals. Match them, please.
Repeat all together after me.
III.Brainstorming activity(Мозговой штурм)
What kind of animals do you know?
P: Domestic and wild.
T: Let’s do the word web. Name, please, domestic animals, wild animals.
Domestic animals: dogs, cats, sheep, rabbits, cows, horses, pigs.
Wild animals: foxes, wolves, elephants, kangaroos, bears, lions, tigers.
Match the words and their explanations:
1. This animal is very big. It is grey and may be white. It has a very long nose. It lives in India and Africa. It likes to eat leaves and grass.(an elephant).
2. This animal lives at home or in the street. It’s a man’s friends. It can run, but can’t fly and climb. It is very friendly and clever (a dog).
3. This animal lives in the river or near the water. It is green. It can jump and swim, but it can’t run and climb(a frog).
4. Gena is not a boy. He is big, long and green. He is very clever and strong. It can swim. His friend’s name is Cheburashka(a crocodile).
5. This animal lives in the forest. It’s not big and small. It likes to eat carrots and it is afraid of a fox and a wolf. This animal runs very fast( a hare)
6. This animal is red and sly. It likes hens and coсks, hares and ducks. It lives in the forest (a fox).
7. This animal can be black, grey, white and red. It lives in the house. It can catch a grey mouse. It likes meat, fish and milk. It can run, jump and walk (a cat).
8. It is grey. It can run, jump, walk. It is very small. It likes bread and cheese. It lives in the house (a mouse).
Speaking about animals we often want to characterize them. Finish my sentences:
Domestic animals are ….(animals which live with people, which are not really scary)
Wild animals are ….(animals which live in nature without people)
IV.Активизация навыков монологической речи.
What is your favorite animal? Will you describe it?
P1: I have got a red fluffy cat. His name if Lord and it was named after his fur. My cat is four years old, he is very funny and sometimes he does crazy things. He likes to sleep with us and to look at the window there colorful birds fly. Lord is rather smart and he knows the time I feed him very much and I hope he will live a long happy life.
V.Совершенствование навыков изучающего чтения.Jigsaw reading.
There are three groups in our class. You are going to read about animals.
Group1-Read about dolphins.
Group2-Read about penguins.
Group3-Read about kangaroos.
Choose the right title to the story:
Animals, dogs, dolphins, cats, sheep, rabbits, cows, horses, pigs, penguins, foxes, wolves, elephants, kangaroos, bears, lions, tigers.
Answer the questions after reading the texts.
When you answer the questions, find a partner from the other group.
Compare your answers and swap information.
Copy and complete the table. Finally talk about these animals.

P: Lions, white bears, camels, eagles, parrots, monkeys and etc.
Why are some animals in danger?

P1: People have hunted and killed many animals.
P2: People have cut down many trees and therefore there are no many forests for animal nowadays.
P3: Modern life is bad for animals.
P4: The air is not fresh.
P5: The water in not clean.
P6: They don`t often have good things to eat and space to live.

Well, you see that the problem of disappearing animals is very important nowadays. You must tell about disappearing animals to your friends, parents. And, of course, you must take special care of animals.
