We (to talk) for a moment, then (to go) to the bar, where we (to have) a few drinks. Suddenly I (to remember) Pierre. We (to rush) to the information desk. She (to tell) me that the plane from Paris (to arrive) 40 minutes earlier. I (to hurry) out of the building, (to get) into my car and (to drive) away quickly. When I (to arrive) home, I (to find) Pierre sitting on his suitcase outside my front door.
